Important Note: This position requires day-shift hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Jakarta Time).

We're looking for an Assistant Art Director to support the execution of our creative vision and help maintain strong visual standards across projects. You'll work closely with the Art Director, designers, and accounts team to deliver compelling, on‑brand designs that elevate the overall brand experience.

What you'll do:
  • Creative Support: Support the Art Director in executing creative direction across projects, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality outputs.
  • Concept Development: Contribute to the development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Design Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
  • Hands‑on Design: Actively work on design deliverables when needed, including key visuals, layouts, and digital assets.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine design outputs to ensure they align with brand guidelines, briefs, and project goals.
  • Client & Stakeholder Support: Assist in presenting creative concepts and design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with accounts and other teams to align creative execution with project objectives and timelines.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to create high‑quality designs.
  • Has experience as a Senior Designer or in a junior leadership role, preferably in a fast‑paced agency or startup environment.
  • Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
  • Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
  • Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • With excellent communication and time management skills.
Bonus Points for:
  • Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
  • Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
