Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Manager (Solar PV) to oversee the performance, compliance, and optimization of our solar power assets. You will ensure that each project operates at maximum efficiency, meets financial targets, and complies with all technical and regulatory standards.

This role combines technical insight, financial analysis, and operational management — perfect for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of renewable energy, technology, and investment performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze daily, monthly, and annual performance of solar PV assets.
  • Ensure optimal plant performance through coordination with O&M teams and performance engineers.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports, including revenue tracking, yield analysis, and KPI reviews.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with investors, utilities, EPCs, and service providers.
  • Conduct risk assessment and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management, including maintenance planning, warranty claims, and upgrades.
  • Support financial modeling and budget forecasting for asset portfolios.
  • Identify opportunities to increase output and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in asset management, operations, or performance analysis in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, performance ratios, and O&M principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, SCADA, Solar-Log).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
