About the role

The Asset Management (Budget) Supervisor is a crucial role within the SOECHI GROUP' organisation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full‑time position is based in our Jakarta office and is responsible for overseeing the company's budgeting and asset management processes.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and monitoring of financial performance


• Oversee the effective management and tracking of the company's assets, including equipment, inventory, and property


• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making


• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align budgets and asset management with overall business objectives


• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimise the company's financial resources


• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and financial regulations

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in a management accounting or budgeting role, preferably within the accounting industry


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams


• Proficiency in using financial management software and tools, such as ERP systems and budgeting software
