Job summary

The candidate will oversee budgets, coordinate garden staff, ensure material availability, and drive safety and efficiency across operations in Jambi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (S1) in any field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Askep Agronomy.
• Good knowledge of ISPO and RSPO.
• Willing to be located in Jambi.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in preparing annual and monthly operational budgets based on the annual plan.
• Coordinate Assistants to ensure garden operations follow SOP and targets.
• Ensure warehouse supplies are available and used optimally.
• Direct operational work to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Work with Manager to analyze production and fieldwork and take corrective actions.
• Manage labor needs and vehicle distribution for efficient garden operations.
• Ensure support divisions (Civil Engineering, workshop, infra, etc.) meet company standards.
• Daily posting of all operational work in the system.
• Perform cost control by comparing actual cost with budget and provide comments.
• Ensure data input into the system is accurate.
• Implement Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at the work site.

Job Description:

• Assist Manager in making annual and monthly operational budget, based on annual operational plan
• Coordinate the Assistants to ensure all operational work of the garden runs according to the SOP and the target set
• Ensure the required material is always available in the warehouse and its use is done optimally
• Directing and ensuring all operational work carried out can support the achievement of quality and quantity according to the target set
• Working closely with the Manager and Assistants in analyzing and assessing the quality and quantity of production and fieldwork achieved and taking corrective measures that need follow-up
• Manage the needs of labor and distribution of vehicles, so that the operation of the garden can run effectively and efficiently
• Ensure operational support division (Civil Engineering, workshop, infra, etc.) runs according to company standard
• Daily posting of all operational work in accordance with system authorization
• Perform cost control by comparing and analyzing actual cost with defined budget and providing necessary comment
• Ensure all financial and operational data inputted into the system is checked and there are no errors.
• Implement Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at work site.
