Overview

• Build and develop HR team, system, and tools
• Monitor and manage the implementation of HRD function including recruitment and organization development process, compensation and benefits, general affairs and payroll
• Ensure the entire process of employee performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, and termination
• Able to handle employee and industrial relations related issues independently
• Provide counseling to motivate employees to achieve company targets
