Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between National Manager, business teams, and clients, conveying work instructions and company policies.
- Assist clients with partnership or cooperation needs.
- Maintain good client relationships, collect feedback, and provide reports and data analysis to support decision-making by the National Manager.
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data and create daily, monthly, and other business reports.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategy development.
- Help select partner locations and open partner stores.
- Establish good communication and coordination with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations, etc.).
- Communicate with external partners and handle relevant cooperation matters.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office.
- Logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, proactive and positive work attitude.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry, especially in franchise or business partnership, will be prioritized.
