Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial data and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Support the month‑end close process and reconcile accounts
  • Assist with tax planning, compliance and audit activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in financial management and accounting
  • Strong understanding of AR & AP
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with payroll, cash‑flow and treasury
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) preferred
