Siemens Healthineers is seeking an ASEAN Stroke Clinical Segment Lead to drive disease-area leadership for stroke care across ASEAN. The role collaborates with regional leads, government stakeholders, and clinical partners to strengthen clinical credibility and commercial impact.

Based in Indonesia or another ASEAN country, the role focuses on business development, stroke workflow optimization, and sales enablement, with approximately 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Clinical background with knowledge of stroke care pathways.
• Experience in clinical sales or sales support within imaging or therapy modalities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working across hospital systems and navigating complex decision environments.
• Proven ability to deliver profitable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Lead initiatives to grow our position in cardiology markets and promote early detection and intervention strategies for CVD.
• Workflow Optimization: Engage with hospitals to understand and improve stroke workflows (e.g., door-to-needle/groin times), supporting faster and more effective treatment.
• Clinical Credibility: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stroke science and management; represent the company in discussions with clinicians, hospital executives, and government stakeholders.
• Sales Enablement: Translate clinical insights into actionable messaging for Account Managers; deliver training to help sales teams open clinical conversations confidently.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with cardiac key opinion leaders, and clinical partners to enhance visibility and influence.
• Reference Site Development: Identify and nurture lighthouse projects and reference sites that showcase our impact in stroke care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Sales Executives, Scientific teams, and Zone Business Area Heads to align efforts and maximize clinical‑commercial synergy.
