Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising or creative agency.
• A strong portfolio showing original thinking and excellent visual craft.
• Curious about culture, design, technology, AI, and what’s happening beyond advertising.
• Comfortable giving and receiving critique, and always looking for the next way to make the work stronger.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and campaign ideas that are fresh, distinctive, and built to get attention.
• Partner with Copywriters and creative teams to take ideas from concept to execution.
• Shape visual direction across film, digital, social, experiential, and emerging formats.
• Present ideas, collaborate with clients and production teams, and push the work through every stage.
• Bring new references, technology, culture, and visual thinking into the work.
