Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in retail, fashion, or sports marketing industries.

Proven portfolio showcasing strong design work and creative campaigns.

Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Experienced in creating digital and offline promotional materials (banners, videos, social media content, booth/event materials, catalogues, packaging, etc.).

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a creative team.

Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative output.

Detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about sports and active lifestyle culture.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in art direction for photo or video shoots.

Familiar with event activation design and sports booth layouts.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX or social media visual trends related to sports.

Previous experience with sportswear, fitness, or retail brands is a plus.
