• Lead & manage the Photographer Team to cater Creative & other division's needs
• Create & develop concepts for Product/Model photoshoots for new or existing campaigns
• Direct photographers & DI specialists to achieve qualified images within the standards for Social Media, Marketplace, Offline, or other division needs
• Develop concept deck & storyline for Video Campaign of New Product Launch or Branding Video
• Work closely and collaborate with the Production Division for video & model photo productions
• Supervise video production from pre‑production, production day, & post‑production alongside Creative Director
• Direct video productions if needed

• More than 2 years of experience as an Art Director, with strong knowledge of photography & TVC production
• Experienced & passionate about the beauty industry
