Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead & manage Photographer Team to cater Creative & other division's needs
• Create & develop concepts ideas for Product/Model Photoshoot for NPL or existing campaign
• Directs Photographer & DI Specialist to achieve qualified images within the standard for Social Media, Marketplace, Offline, or Other division's need
• Develop concept deck & storyline for Video Campaign of New Product Launch or Branding Video
• Work closely and collaborate with the Production Division for video &/ model photo productions
• Supervise video production from pre-production, production day, & post-production alongside Creative DirectorDirects video productions if needed

Requirements:

• Has an experience an Art Director, have a good knowledge of photography & TVC production for more than 2 years
• Experienced & passionate working on beauty industry
• Has good leadership skills
• Detail oriented person
• Able to work in fast phase environment
• Adaptable, Agile, Quick learner
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, & Premiere Pro
