Role Summary
Oversee and guide the visual expression of Beaches Brewing Co. across all brand touchpoints (including digital, print, merchandise, and outdoor channels). Shaping creative concepts, ensuring visual consistency, and occasionally producing, refining photo and video materials. Provide direction and feedback for third-party creative projects to maintain brand style.
Key Responsibilities
A. Creative Direction & Brand Development
- Lead the visual concept development for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media content.
- Ensure brand visual consistency across all materials, including packaging, prints, POSM, event assets, and digital platforms.
- Translate marketing and brand strategy into compelling visual narratives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and external partners to execute creative concepts effectively.
B. Photography & Videography Production
- Plan, direct, and execute photo and video shoots for products, thematic visuals, and events.
- Manage pre-production, shooting, and post-production processes.
- Perform editing, retouching, and color grading to deliver high-quality visual content.
- Maintain and organize an internal digital asset library for future content use.
- Supervise creative production, ensuring visual quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for efficient production workflows.
- Ensure all visual materials meet brand standards, quality benchmarks, and delivery deadlines.
D. Innovation & Brand Growth
- Explore and apply emerging creative trends, technologies, and techniques to elevate brand visuals.
- Continuously refine the brand’s visual language to stay relevant within the craft beer, F&B market, and lifestyle market.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Reports directly to the Managing Director.
- Works closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team to ensure alignment between creative direction and execution.
- Provides regular updates on progress, production schedules, and creative outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Design (B. Des) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Visual Communication, Communication Design, Creative Direction, Media Arts, or related fields.
- Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in design/art direction/creative direction role in the F&B or commercial industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
