About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven
Construction Project Manager
to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our upcoming facility construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with company standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end construction project activities, from initial planning to project handover.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities with excellent communication skills.
