Qualifications and Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations and performance of multiple outlets within the Sumatera region.
  • Ensure each outlet meets sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational effectiveness, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the head office on strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.
