As An Area Sales Supervisor, You Will
- Supervise and manage the sales team in the Lampung region to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key accounts.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper execution of sales strategies and trade programs.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate sales performance, gather insights, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across all retail channels in the assigned area.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth product distribution.
- Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with the Lampung market and its retail landscape.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lampung.
