Area Sales Supervisor – Indonesia
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Area Sales Supervisor to join our team. The role involves expanding the company’s footprint, meeting revenue targets, overseeing dealer or retail networks, and driving market growth. The position will be home‑based in the specified location.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor dealer or sales team performance across the assigned area.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct regular visits to provide product training, sales support, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities; develop area‑specific strategies and insights.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and product launches within the area.
- Prepare and present reports on sales progress, dealer performance, and market conditions to the Regional Manager and Head Office.
- Maintain collaboration with dealer sales teams, field sales, and marketing.
- Provide coaching, motivation, and capacity building for the dealer network.
- Identify and acquire new customers or outlets, up‑sell to existing database, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, and coordinate with other teams for smooth delivery.
- Build a pipeline, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities and formulate strategies to respond.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Diploma acceptable in certain roles).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, beauty, personal care, or related industry.
- Proven experience supervising sales teams or managing dealer networks.
- Strong understanding of the retail or distribution landscape in the assigned region.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area (holding a valid SIM A preferred).
- Proficient in reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
- Target‑driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast‑paced market environment.
- Valid SIM A / SIM C and willingness to be placed in the specified location.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Strong team‑player mindset and excellent communication skills.

- Home base options: Bekasi (East Java), DKI Jakarta, Maumere, Yogyakarta, Semarang.
- Qualified candidate must be ready to join ASAP and willing to travel throughout the coverage area.
