Role Summary & Responsibility
- Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)
- Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory
- Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)
- Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, thruput, product mix & realization
- DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)
- Collaborate within EM and alignment with distributor
- Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)
- Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in lubricants or FMCG industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant areas such as distribution and sales operations is desirable
- Have a valid Driver License (SIM A)
- Aggressive and result-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and push market boundaries
- Track record as a brand launcher, successfully introducing and growing new products in competitive markets
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, or executing business acquisition opportunities is a plus
