Job description

Position : Area Sales Representative

Location : Pontianak

Role Summary & Responsibility
  • Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)
  • Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory
  • Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)
  • Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, thruput, product mix & realization
  • DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)
  • Select retailers/IWS for branding deployment
  • Gather market intelligence & feedback
  • Collaborate within EM and alignment with distributor
  • Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)
  • Track promotional material utilization effectiveness
  • Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)
  • Build customer profiling
Requirement
  • Bachelor degree (S1)
  • Minimum 3 years experience preferably in lubricants / FMCG industries
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team.
  • Excellence communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in building with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant areas (distribution, sales operation) is desirable
  • Have a Driver License (SIM A)
