Job summary

A leading beauty company in Jakarta is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage Beauty Advisors. Candidates should have a minimum of D3 Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the beauty industry, preferably with knowledge of the Jakarta market. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Area Sales Supervisor/Team Leader, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Willingness to work mobile to monitor areas.
  • Experience in handling the Jakarta areas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies (Sell-In, Sell-Out).
  • Monitor and control Beauty Advisors (BA) in the area.
  • Maintain good relationships with partners and outlets.
  • Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies (Sell-In, Sell-Out).
  • Monitor and control Beauty Advisors (BA) in the area.
  • Maintain good relationships with partners and outlets.
  • Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached.
  • Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target.
  • Monitor salesman target achievement.
  • Develop monthly forecasts and PO realisation for distributors.
  • Attain report updates regularly from distributors (SI, SO, toko pareto).
  • Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision
  • Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly.
Requirements
  • Minimum D3 Degree
  • Have min. 2 years of experience as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (beauty industry will be a plus)
  • Willing to work mobile to monitor areas
  • Great communication skill
  • Able to work with target
  • Experienced in handling the Jakarta areas
