Key Responsibilities
Market & Sales Management

Responsible for achieving overall sales targets and performance in the assigned outer-island region.

Develop and execute monthly sales plans according to company objectives.

Analyze local market structure, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape (e.g., Infinix, Tecno, Itel, Xiaomi, realme) to formulate localized market strategies.

Channel Development & Maintenance

Develop and manage sub-dealers and retailers within the assigned region.

Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key customers.

Support distributors in optimizing stock levels, sell‑out performance, and sales structure.

Retail Management & Sell-out Promotion

Ensure proper in‑store display, pricing discipline, and brand image consistency.

Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and identify sales opportunities.

Lead and motivate promoter teams to achieve sales goals.

Marketing Activities & Brand Promotion

Plan and execute regional product launches, roadshows, and promotional events.

Coordinate local and in‑store social media resources to enhance brand visibility.

Collect market feedback and consumer insights to improve brand reputation and marketing efficiency.

Data Analysis & Strategic Feedback

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory, and market competition.

Analyze sales trends, pricing, and channel data to provide timely feedback to HQ.

Monitor distributor sell‑in/sell‑out performance and prevent price disorder or cross‑region sales.

Team Management & Training

Manage sales representatives and promoters across the assigned outer‑island regions.

Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Enhance team execution capabilities and strengthen Nubia brand engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of regional sales management experience in smartphones or fast‑moving consumer electronics.

Familiar with the distribution ecosystem across Indonesian islands; candidates with existing local channel resources are preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and market planning skills.

Willingness to travel frequently across outer islands.

Fluent in English or Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
