What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Job
- Daily briefing, monitor, and review territory achievement (ST‑SO‑Activation, Cov and Active Dealers) and promoter/SR productivity under your responsibility.
- Visit 3‑5 key dealers, identify problems and provide solutions.
- Manage and control allocation to all key dealers.
- Collaborate with Distributor Sales/Manager team to push ST/SO to Key Dealers.
- Execute national/local campaign in your territory.
- Ensure reliable and on‑time reporting on RMS by SR and promoters.
- Stay market‑intelligent about competitor activity, dealer hot issues, and market situation.
Weekly Job
- Review area performance with your team (ST‑SO‑Activation, Cov and Active Dealers, inventory, team productivity).
- Report to RSH: problems/issues, solutions, support needed, and action plan.
- Sales forecast: allocation, gap to target, program execution.
- ROI channel review on Xiaomi Shop, DZ, DC, PPP.
Monthly Job
- Summarize and review monthly performance.
- Apply punishment to all unproductive team members.
- Report overall monthly achievement to RSH.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail industry or FMCG business.
- Ability to lead a regional team in terms of sell‑in, sell‑through & sell‑out.
- Deep knowledge of regional development areas, retailers, and strategy for open market.
- Target‑oriented with good processes.
- Initiative and enthusiasm.
- Good business sense.
