What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Job
  • Daily briefing, monitor, and review territory achievement (ST‑SO‑Activation, Cov and Active Dealers) and promoter/SR productivity under your responsibility.
  • Visit 3‑5 key dealers, identify problems and provide solutions.
  • Manage and control allocation to all key dealers.
  • Collaborate with Distributor Sales/Manager team to push ST/SO to Key Dealers.
  • Execute national/local campaign in your territory.
  • Ensure reliable and on‑time reporting on RMS by SR and promoters.
  • Stay market‑intelligent about competitor activity, dealer hot issues, and market situation.
Weekly Job
  • Review area performance with your team (ST‑SO‑Activation, Cov and Active Dealers, inventory, team productivity).
  • Report to RSH: problems/issues, solutions, support needed, and action plan.
  • Sales forecast: allocation, gap to target, program execution.
  • ROI channel review on Xiaomi Shop, DZ, DC, PPP.
Monthly Job
  • Summarize and review monthly performance.
  • Apply punishment to all unproductive team members.
  • Report overall monthly achievement to RSH.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail industry or FMCG business.
  • Ability to lead a regional team in terms of sell‑in, sell‑through & sell‑out.
  • Deep knowledge of regional development areas, retailers, and strategy for open market.
  • Target‑oriented with good processes.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Good business sense.
