Overview

You will be responsible for managing the Modern Trade Channel (MTI & Total MT) in your assigned area, driving sales performance, ensuring effective budget management, optimizing distribution, and executing trade initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, regional distributors, and the sales team (KAM & NKAM).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG company, including at least 2 years handling Modern Trade (MTKA/MTI)
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the Modern Trade market
  • Proven ability to manage distributors and territory operations
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • High initiative, independence, and confidence in leading high-level negotiations
