PT Good Sale Tech is looking for an experienced and highly driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business development across the Central Java region. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and the capability to drive sales execution through strategic planning and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales operations across the Central Java region (GT/MT/Distributor channels).

Develop area sales strategy and ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.

Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of sales teams and field staff.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, outlet owners, and key partners.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities.

Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and distribution coverage.

Execute trade programs, promotions, and activation activities at the area level.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution quality and gather field insights.

Prepare area sales reports, forecasting, and improvement plans for management.

Ensure compliance with company standards and operational policies.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Area Sales Manager or similar role in FMCG/Distribution/Retail.

Strong understanding of the Sulawesi market landscape (GT/MT/Distributor).

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing field teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Data-driven, analytical, and strong in reporting.

Able to work independently with high mobility for field visits.

Willing to be placed in Central Java (Semarang preferred).

Having own vehicle & SIM A/C is a plus.
