Overview

Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated GT/MTI non-TOP area. Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities. Execute strict control of order taking- delivery- merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines at designated area. Key contributor in implementation of Go to Market initiatives. Lead daily execution with distributor/ internal team and support change management for General Trade channel at designated area. Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distribution management strategy standardized practices- follow standard sales process- control & monitoring- performance evaluation- system and organization capability development. Be daily point of contact from Kraft Heinz to distributor(s) for General Trade channel. Responsible for sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within scope at designated area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute GT/MTI non-TOP area growth, achieving sales objectives within targeted profitability.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities; control order taking, delivery, merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success; implement full scope of sales and distribution routines.
  • Contribute to Go to Market initiatives; lead daily execution with distributor and internal teams; support change management for General Trade channel in designated area.
  • Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distribution management strategy; standardize practices; follow standard sales process; monitor performance; develop system and organizational capabilities; act as daily contact from Kraft Heinz to distributor(s) for General Trade.
  • Responsible for sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within designated area.
  • Manage, develop and lead distributor team; measure and drive performance; engage distributors to grow and retain top talents.
  • Ensure distributor financial compliance; provide regular reports and monitor market/competitor activity in designated area.
  • Provide market intelligence; deliver market insights and information on competitor activity regularly in designated area.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum; Master’s Degree an advantage.
  • 3-5 years minimum of experience in GT Sales & Distribution.
  • Solid experience in leading & managing top-tier distributors.
  • Experience in Go to Market strategy & distributor setup is a bonus.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and people performance management.
  • Basic GT Sales & Distribution knowledge (trade segmentation, execution standards, retail dynamics, competitive landscapes, distributor management, promo effectiveness).
  • Route to Market knowledge & capabilities.
  • Sufficient project management skills.
  • Strong drive and high energy; hands-on, pragmatic, independent and proactive.
  • Strong analytical thinking and results-driven; curious and eager to learn.
  • Adaptable to changing environments; high endurance.
  • Willing to be placed in Lombok and travel around Nusa Tenggara.
