A global food company is seeking a sales leader in Surabaya to drive growth and achieve profitability in the General Trade channel. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring top-tier execution in your area. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3-5 years in sales, and strong leadership skills. Opportunities for growth and travel around the region are available.
Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated GT/MTI non-TOP area. Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities. Execute strict control of order taking- delivery- merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines at designated area. Key contributor in implementation of Go to Market initiatives. Lead daily execution with distributor/ internal team and support change management for General Trade channel at designated area. Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distribution management strategy standardized practices- follow standard sales process- control & monitoring- performance evaluation- system and organization capability development. Be daily point of contact from Kraft Heinz to distributor(s) for General Trade channel. Responsible for sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within scope at designated area.
