About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at PENGUIN INDONESIA. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales across multiple direct & indirect channels in the Kalimantan, Sulawesi, & Sumatera area. As an integral part of our Building Material Products business, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious sales targets and driving the success of our operations in the region.

What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and performance of direct & indirect channels, including multiple retail stores within your assigned area.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Manage outstanding accounts receivable and ensure payment deadlines are met.
  • Recruit, train, and manage high‑performing sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to execute and evaluate promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales trends and data to develop sustainable business strategies in tier‑2 area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
