Job Title: AREA SALES MANAGER

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and retain a team by monitoring, coaching, and motivating.
• Achieve targets assigned to the area that he/she managed.
• Report on Regional Sales Results.
• Planning and monitoring of sales team performance, and recruiting salespeople or frontliners based on the planning and needs.
• Evaluate and develop the sales activity to increase sales.
• Partner with distributors to develop sales and marketing strategies to identify new markets.
• Ensuring that the expenses of the accounts managed do not exceed the unit's allocated budget.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; sales, business, management, marketing, or related degree preferred.
• Having 5 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in selling cosmetics, health products, personal care, baby products, and skin care products.
• Understanding of the market and outlets for toiletries/cosmetics/non-food products in the Java Island region (especially Central Java and the Riau Islands).
• Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and Teamwork.
• Sales target-oriented and negotiation skills.
• Have experience leading multiple regions and distributors.
• Familiar with Computers: Ms. Office.
• Willing to work in West Jakarta.
