Minimum education: High School Diploma/SMA/SMK
Minimum experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, sales, or store negotiation roles.
Proven experience in store negotiations, including distribution, product exposure, and commercial terms.
Experience managing Distributor (DB) operations and DB Sales teams.
Strong understanding of the local area targeted for recruitment.
Owns a personal laptop for daily work activities.
