The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand market trends in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the medical device sector.
• Conduct regular customer visits to provide product knowledge, technical support, and after-sales service.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales reports to management.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
