Job summary

A leading drilling contractor in Indonesia is seeking an Area Manager Rig Operations to oversee multiple rig operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas drilling, with at least 6 years of experience. Responsibilities include ensuring safe operations, supervising rig managers, and maintaining operational excellence. This position offers a hands-on role with a focus on safety and leadership development.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in oil & gas drilling, with strong rig exposure.
• Prior experience as a Rig Manager or Senior Rig Supervisor preferred.
• IADC or IWCF certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple rig sites within your assigned area.
• Ensure all rig operations meet safety standards and performance targets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot rig performance and equipment maintenance.
