📍Placement: Surabaya

We're looking for the operational leader for our multi-branch Sparks Sports Academy. You'll lead our coaching teams, ensure every kick, swing, and goal happens smoothly and safely, and be the driving force behind our daily excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 7-8 Senior Coaches across our branches. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of 5+ academy locations, ensuring programs run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
  • Guardian of Quality & Safety: Uphold and enforce our stringent safety protocols and program quality standards, ensuring a secure and positive environment for all children and staff.
  • Strategic Coordination: Manage branch administration, including staff scheduling, facility logistics, equipment inventory, and essential documentation.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor academy performance using key metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to Regional Management on KPIs, challenges, and actionable strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Talent Champion: Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new coaching talent, helping us build a best‑in‑class team.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a multi‑unit environment such as education, youth sports, coaching academies, fitness centers, or retail.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing operations, administration, and team coordination across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of being the vital link between frontline staff and headquarters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, with solid skills in Excel/Sheets for scheduling and basic data analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Willing to travel around our branches in Suarabaya, Yogyakarta, Bandung, etc.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Direct experience in a coaching academy, youth fitness program, or educational institution.
  • A personal passion for sports and youth development.
