Responsible for overseeing multiple operational areas, ensuring consistent performance, and leading a well-structured team. This role requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving abilities, and solid knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to support smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations.
• Ensure operational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
• Implement structured management practices including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Identify operational issues and provide effective, timely problem-solving and decision-making.
• Oversee MEP-related operations, ensuring systems are well maintained and operate safely.
• Coordinate regular inspections and collaborate with technical teams to address equipment or infrastructure issues.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff to strengthen overall team capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role
