A leading trade marketing firm based in Indonesia seeks a Trade Marketing Manager to execute and monitor marketing activities that drive sales growth and brand visibility. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with a GPA > 3.2, 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, and proficiency in Excel. Plan, execute, and monitor Trade Marketing activities at store level to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
Manage and implement Merchandising and Branding Activation, ensuring brand presence and compliance with marketing guidelines.
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering, providing actionable reports.
Oversee and improve promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
Track, analyse, and optimize marketing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Supervise a small team and provide coaching for performance improvement.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a GPA > 3.2, preferably in Technical Majors.
Male or Female with a proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Branding & Promotion in a reputable company.
Skilled in mentoring, delegating tasks, and driving team performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications is a must.
Fluency in English is a plus.
