Job summary

A leading food & beverage company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. You will oversee the operations of more than 8 outlets, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management and possess strong skills in operations, sales, and customer service. We look for a leader who can motivate teams and manage efficiently, with reporting duties to the Operational Manager.

Job Descriptions
  • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly implemented, covering cleanliness and grooming standards, food presentation, and food quality.
  • Ensure that all products served in the store meet the company’s quality standards and are ready for sale.
  • Ensure that ordering of goods and raw materials is aligned with store stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Manage the operational budget and ensure the store operates efficiently, without compromising service quality or product standards.
  • Conduct sales forecasting for the following week in collaboration with the Supervisor.
  • Develop action plans for underperforming stores and create improvement and development strategies for stores that achieve or exceed targets.
  • Prepare and submit periodic store visit reports to the Operational Manager.
