  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with Centre Managers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Centre Managers.

I Can Read Indonesia is looking for a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our Franchise Centres across Jabodetabek and other locations in Indonesia.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, experience managing multiple locations, and a passion for operational excellence and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations across I Can Read Franchise Centres in Jabodetabek and other cities, ensuring alignment with company standards and SOPs.
  • Set and align monthly enrollment targets with Centre Managers and the Head of Operations.
  • Support marketing events and new Centre openings, working closely with Centre Managers and the HQ Marketing team.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, safety, and operational performance at each Centre.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with Centre Managers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Centre Managers and Customer Service Officers focusing on customer service, sales, and operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and support team development.
Qualifications:

  • Willing and able to travel across Jabodetabek and other cities as needed.
