Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible to manage & oversee sales team & activity in the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on market potential and company targets.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved consistently.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of promotional programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (retailers, distributors, or end-users).
  • Handle customer complaints or operational issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Oversee product distribution and ensure stock availability in the market.
  • Ensure products are displayed correctly and support inventory management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Report sales performance and progress to upper management on a regular basis.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:
  • Min. 2 years as Sales Supervisor.
  • Expertise in sales management (Sell-In to Distributor, Sell through to Stores, Sell Out to customers).
  • Understand and know basic flow business in distributor FMCG or Pharmacy.
  • Good knowledge of the assigned area (geography, demographics, and market behavior).
  • Can analyze report and result oriented.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (English is preferred).
  • Willing to place in certain area and following distributor agendas.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel frequently.
