You will be a key contact for colleagues, customers and suppliers regarding invoices and payments, contributing to a reliable financial foundation and clear organizational oversight. The role starts practical with room to expand responsibilities, requiring Dutch and English language proficiency and a proactive, precise working style.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a financial or administrative role.
• Completed education in a financial field.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Basic knowledge of financial administration and invoice processing.
• Accurate and well-structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Blue10 and/or Exact Online is a plus.
• Good command of Excel.

Aufgaben

• Managing and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Checking, processing, and posting purchase and sales invoices.
• Monitoring outstanding items and actively managing accounts receivable.
• Processing incoming payments and making payments to suppliers.
• Expansion of responsibilities discussed jointly and aligned with development needs.
