Job description
Objective

Manage and coordinate the administration and review process of Collateral Appraisal Reports (LPA) on behalf of Customers/Prospective Customers, prepared by the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP), accurately, comprehensively, and in a timely manner to support the smooth running of the institution’s operational and business activities.

Job Descriptions

Supervise coordination with business units and/or other work units related to the implementation of the LPA review, including but not limited to:

  • Confirming/clarifying LPA review requests
  • Requesting ownership documents of the appraisal object as stated in the LPA
  • Requesting supporting documents of the appraisal object as stated in the LPA
  • Requesting location descriptions of the appraisal object as stated in the LPA

Analyze the reviewed LPA to ensure that the appraisal has been carried out in accordance with the Indonesian Appraisal Code of Ethics (KEPI), Indonesian Appraisal Standards (SPI), as well as other review requirements stipulated in the applicable Guidelines/Operational Technical Instructions for LPA Review at LPEI.

Analyze the performance evaluation of the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP) based on the LPA review results and convey the evaluation findings to the relevant work unit.

Supervise the administration process of LPA review requests in an orderly manner.

Supervise the preparation of the Internal Collateral Appraisal Database related to the market value of collateral objects as stated in reviewed LPAs and ensure regular updates of collateral data.

Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.

Act as a backup for employees who are unavailable within the same job group and carry out additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Implement all operational activities in accordance with applicable principles of good corporate governance.

Ensure compliance with audit follow-up actions.

Job Requirements

Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be an advantage.

Minimum 4 years of work experience in financial institution.

Have good knowledge and understanding of: LPEI Products & Operation, Regulation and Law and Investigation.

Holds MAPPI certifications (PLP 2/PLS) as well as a Risk Management certification.
