Aterra Estate is a boutique real estate investment firm based in Bali, working with international investors acquiring high-yield property assets across Southeast Asia.

We’re expanding our outbound and inbound sales engine and are looking for a sharp, disciplined Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for high-value investor leads.

This is not a call-center role.

You’ll be speaking with entrepreneurs, finance professionals, and global investors.

What You’ll Do
  • Qualify inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, and email
  • Engage cold & warm prospects via DM, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Ask smart qualification questions (budget, timeline, intent)
  • Book qualified calls for our senior advisors
  • Maintain clean CRM notes and follow-up sequences
  • Represent Aterra with clarity, professionalism, and confidence
Who This Is For
  • You have 2+ years experience as an appointment setter or SDR
  • You’re comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals
  • You write and speak clear, confident English
  • You understand sales psychology, not just scripts
  • You follow up relentlessly and don’t need babysitting
  • You’re outcome-driven and want to grow into a closer role
Bonus (Not Required, But Strong Plus)
  • Experience in real estate, investments, or luxury services
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar CRMs
  • Experience qualifying international leads
