Job summary

A technology solutions company in Gresik seeks an Application Support Engineer to ensure smooth system operations. Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance and follow up on alarms/errors.
  • Handle user complaints related to the Autogate application.
  • Perform light analysis and debugging of logs and errors.
  • Escalate to Development/DevOps teams as needed.
  • Document actions taken in the ticketing system.
  • Support patching, maintenance, and UAT activities.

Sebagai Application Support Engineer, kamu akan memastikan sistem dan aplikasi berjalan lancar setiap saat. Peranmu mencakup pemantauan sistem, penanganan insiden, sertamelakukan debugging ringan pada fitur berbasis
Typescript (NestJS, ReactJS)
. Posisi ini cocok untukmu yang teliti, responsif, dan tangguh menghadapi situasi tak terduga.

Persyaratan
  • S1 Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi/Teknologi Informasi atau bidang terkait (fresh graduate dipersilahkan mendaftar)
  • Paham OS (Windows & Linux), jaringan dasar, dan konsep client-server
  • Mampu troubleshooting software
  • Menguasai framework React (vite) dan NestJS
  • Familiar dengan tools monitoring (Grafana/Zabbix) & ticketing system (Jira/Freshdesk)
  • Siap bekerja shifting dan on-call jika ada gangguan kritikal
  • Komunikatif, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
  • Bisa scripting sederhana (bash/Python), memahami Docker, atau berpengalaman di sistem IoT (menjadi nilai tambah)
Job Deskripsi
  • Memantau performa sistem dan menindaklanjuti alarm/error
  • Menangani keluhan user terkait aplikasi Autogate
  • Melakukan analisis awal dan debugging ringan (membaca log, tracing, cek response API, atau error UI)
  • Melakukan eskalasi ke tim Developer/DevOps jika dibutuhkan
  • Mencatat setiap kejadian dan tindakan yang dilakukan di ticketing system
  • Mendukung kegiatan patching, maintenance, dan UAT
