APPLICATION ENGINEER

Ensure customer demand regarding products and services is met in accordance with the company's capabilities, by making good offer proposals to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the inquiry and process the results of the review and analysis into a proposal.
• Review and analyze purchase orders (PO) received from customers.
• Create a PO resume and do PO acknowledgement.
• Communicate well with customers and other departments.
• Document work by inputting data and/or creating records in accordance with work procedures and processes.
• Perform various technical analyses, calculations and so on.
• Carry out various technical and non-technical (commercial) clarifications.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Petroleum Electronics, Chemistry.
• 0 - 2 years work experience as an application engineer, proposal engineer, project engineer, sales engineer.
• Ordinary in contact and able to handle customers.
• Can work fast and accustomed to operating MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and can work together in teams and with other departments.
• Have a strong desire to continue learning.
