Job summary

PT. Srikandi Kencana Mulia is seeking a Designer to lead the end-to-end design for apparel collections for both men and women. The role involves creating visuals and prototypes using design software and researching fashion trends.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, a minimum of 2-3 years in men's fashion apparel design, and a strong portfolio showcasing attention to fit and detail. Proficiency in design software is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Designer in streetwear or men's fashion apparel.
• Strong portfolio across categories (tops, bottoms, outerwear), with attention to fit, detail, and function.
• Solid understanding of materials, construction, tech packs, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design for apparel collections (Men & Women).

• Create detailed design visuals and prototypes using design software.
• Research men's fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and consumer insight to inspire fresh design directions.
• Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and alignment with brand strategy.
• Oversee fitting sessions and ensure high standards of product quality, comfort, and aesthetics.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a relater field from a reputable university.
• minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Designer in streetwear or men's fashion apparel.
• Strong portfolio across categories (tops, bottoms, outerwear, etc.), with attention to fit, detail, and function.
• Ability to read everyday life and translate it into designs that feel relevant and wearable.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of materials, contruction, tech packs, and production processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
