Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join the Credit Risk Team in Pekanbaru. The role focuses on minimizing risk, detecting and preventing fraud, and coordinating investigations across departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in fraud, internal audit, or risk policy within banks, fintech, or lenders, with strong data handling and analytical skills and a trustworthy attitude.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in any major and up to 3 years experience in fraud/ risk related roles.
• Experience in data handling and data analysis is required.
• Analytical mindset and responsible attitude are essential.
• Experience in fintech/banking fraud context is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and be responsible for the Anti-fraud & investigation process.
• Liaise with Head of Credit Ops for alignment.
• Maintain daily and weekly fraud reports.
• Develop fraud prevention initiatives and models.
• Recover fraud losses.
• Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching when needed.

Job Description

Job purpose

• As part of Credit Risk Team to minimize risk, detect and prevent fraud

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and responsible for the overall Anti-fraud & investigation Process
• Liaise with Superior (Head of Credit Ops)
• Responsible to maintain daily and weekly report
• Develops fraud model prevention initiatives
• Recovers fraud losses
• Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
• Monitoring and developing team performance and coaching if needed

Qualifications

• Male/Female
• Age max. 35 years’ old
• Bachelor degree any major
• Minimum experience 3 years as fraud analyst, internal audit, risk policy in bank/multifinance/fintech preferably have experience in personal loan, retail loan, credit card
• Have experience in data handling and processing
• Have experience in data analysis
• Have analytical background
• Have honest attitude, conscientious and responsible.
