Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a data-focused analyst/engineer to own the analytic backbone of decision-making. Based in Jakarta, you will deliver self-serve dashboards, forecasting models, and customer analytics while ensuring scalable data models and robust governance. The role requires production experience with pipelines or dashboards and strong Python/SQL skills.

You will collaborate across teams to enable data-driven campaigns and insights, shaping the growth of Love, Bonito across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline; Master’s a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience with production ownership of at least one pipeline, model or dashboard suite.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistics, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Build and ship forecasting models for run-rate and sales events.
• Develop customer analytics like segmentation and market basket analyses.
• Document model assumptions, limitations and governance for spend decisions.
• Architect scalable data models and manage data pipelines and orchestration (Airflow, dbt, Databricks).
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and reusability of analytical frameworks.
