Solution Services team is responsible for a specific set of IT services (a sub-set of the overall IT service catalogue) and ensures that these services are delivered as specified in the formal agreements between the Business, IT and the Suppliers. Solution Services also responsible for managing the relationship with one-or-more of the Business Partners and in this capacity, and acts as the link between the Business Engagement, Solution Delivery and Service Management & Operations teams.
Intends to provide leadership to the business in the area operation services & support, responsible to Application Support Management in Production Environment and providing IT Help desk management including Managing Data Centre, emphasis on people management and personnel skills development to ensure the team can deliver cost effective IT services to the business, provide direction and technical expertise to the greater business in-line with company standards and will ensure delivering application and information availability according agreed Service Level Agreement, ensure the availability all infrastructure of Data Centre as well as the operational service that includes application system monitoring in the Data Centre Area
