Job summary

Pt Laju Jaya Kreasi seeks an Aircraft Interior Designer to craft innovative cabin layouts and select materials for both commercial and private aircraft. The role demands collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and client teams to translate aesthetic visions into functional, compliant interiors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in aircraft interior design and proficiency with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in aircraft interior design or similar field.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative interior design concepts for aircraft cabins, considering aesthetics, functionality, and passenger comfort.
Create detailed design specifications, mood boards, material selections, and 3D renderings.
Ensure all designs comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and ergonomic principles.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate designs with structural and systems requirements.
Work with clients to understand their specific requirements and present design proposals.
Oversee the prototyping and implementation phases of interior designs.
