Job summary

Alpha Magsaysay is seeking an Environmental Compliance Officer to oversee onboard environmental performance and ensure shipboard adherence to safety and Hess Management standards. The role emphasizes rigorous training records, audits, and continuous improvement in environmental practices.

The successful candidate will work within a busy maritime HR environment, coordinating with ship crews to promote a proactive safety culture and reliable documentation across multiple vessels.

• Responsible for completing and keeping the records of all the environmental training
• Facilitate a work environment that support a successful safety culture , is responsible for ensuring that his / her team implements and maintains an effective Hess Management system
