Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient AI Video Editor who will be responsible for editing video content using a combination of traditional video editing software and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video production workflows, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for exploring the potential of AI in enhancing video editing processes. This role requires a blend of creative vision and technical expertise to deliver high-quality, engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Cap-Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and AI editing tools.
• Utilize AI software to automate tasks such as object recognition, scene detection, color correction, and audio enhancement.
• Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to improve efficiency and creativity in the video editing workflow.
• Collaborate with AI video prompters/creator, content creators, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver on creative vision.
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper filing and version control.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Capable of creating motion graphics to enhance the overall video quality output.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, AI technology, and media production.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance video projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered video editing tools (e.g., RunwayML, Descript, Adobe Sensei features).
• Strong understanding of video production, post-production, and motion graphics.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Video Editor.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with color grading and sound design.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of various video codecs, formats, and compression techniques.
• Experience in creating content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
