Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with APIs, databases, frontend/backend architecture.
• Product mindset and user-facing collaboration.
• Experience or willingness to adopt AI-assisted coding tools.
• Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and translate them into practical product and technical solutions.
• Design and develop reliable applications, APIs, data models, and system workflows.
• Use AI coding tools to support development and improve delivery speed.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, databases, integrations, and production environments.
• Own projects from discovery and development through deployment, user adoption, and improvement.
