Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Video Editing.
• Proficient in using AI tools (Generative AI for text, images, and video) along with strong prompt engineering skills.
• Familiar with editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop).
• Up-to-date with trends and algorithms across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Generate copywriting, scripts, and visuals using AI tools, followed by human editing to align with the brand voice.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) using AI automation features and standard editing software (CapCut, Premiere).
• Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Publish content consistently and manage audience interactions (comments and direct messages).
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement) and prepare regular reports to drive strategic improvements.
